What You'll Do :

Work collaboratively with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support innovative technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies, sharing your knowledge, and mentoring fellow engineers within the community.

Engage with digital product managers to create solid cloud-based solutions that deliver impactful experiences, helping millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.

Utilize a variety of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go. Leverage Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, as well as Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, along with a range of AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in software engineering (internship experience not applicable).

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of experience with at least one of the following : JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

1+ years of experience in cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or similar.

3+ years of experience with open source frameworks.

2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.

The salary range for this role is as follows. For Wilmington, DE : $144,200 - $164,600 for Senior Software Engineer. Please note that salaries for other locations may differ and will be outlined in the offer letter.

This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and / or long-term incentives. The specifics of these incentives may vary.
