2200003K ) Function : Responsible for creating and delivering a positive and satisfying in-store brand experience for both the internal and external guest to maximize business results and the guest experience.

- Builds guest loyalty through our loyalty and credit card programs.

- Partner with Store Manager and District or Group Manager on the development of merchandise presentations.
- Consistently teach, develop, and empower direct reports to interpret brand presentations to improve guest experience and drive top line sales.
- Communicate merchandise opportunities, assortment needs, product performance observations and feedback to Store Manager, District or Group Manager.
- Teach and direct team to meet Bealls Best Practices.
- Treats our product with care and respect by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized store.
- Ensures the proper handling of merchandise functions within the store including markdowns, processing, sizing, and recovery.
- Creates a positive Fitting Room environment through guest interaction and recovery
- Perform all operational functions needed to run the store daily (e.g. opening, closing, POS system, computer network, maintenance, guest service and sales).
- Utilize daily and weekly sales reports to track, analyze and communicate business results to determine strategies that will maximize sales.
- Direct placement and presentation of floor-ready receipts on the sales floor.
- Oversee teams to effectively set promotions and price changes in a timely manner.
- Manage a safe working environment and the ongoing protection of Bealls assets and funds.
- Execute all company policies, procedures, processes as required and ensure full compliance with all operational procedures and paperwork as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Correctly apply and follow all Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Supervise associates daily through activities including (but not restricted to) hiring, motivating, delegating, promoting, counseling, and coaching, performance appraisals, pay-rate reviews and terminating.
- Supervise sales floor through coaching and motivating associates to ensure quality guest experience as Guest Experience Manager.
- Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must have full hand and arm usage for operating machines such as POS terminals and ticketing machines.
- Must be able to climb stairs to stockroom (if applicable) to replenish and maintain merchandise.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 pounds.
- Must have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching).
- Must be able to climb a 6 ft. ladder for maintaining and presenting merchandise (if applicable).
- Must be able to stand / walk 95% of the day to perform the essential job duties.
- Minimum of three years of retail management including merchandising / visual experience and a two-year college degree or equivalent upper-level retail management experience.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and influence teams.
- Highly organized and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and guest service skills.
- Proven ability to conduct effective Store walk-throughs with Leadership.
- Demonstrates business acumen with strategic and analytical skills
- This position requires a 40-hour work week. During peak periods it may require more hours and overtime must be approved by your supervisor in advance.
- Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet demands of the business.
- Must have a valid Florida driver license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel based on business need.

- Ability to work varying hours and schedules to include days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
