Skills - Role Title : OCM Stakeholder Engagement Specialist / Salesforce DevOps Lead (Copado)

Required Skills :

• The role requires experience in setting up and managing Copado DevOps pipelines and deployments. Working on establishing process improvements and automating the DevOps processes.
• The role includes managing the Salesforce environment (sandbox) strategy, planning new sandboxes, supporting the development and testing phases and managing the overall DevOps ecosystem.
• Required experience in managing Salesforce production deployments, planning cutover activities, and executing cutover.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience setting up and managing Copado DevOps pipelines and deployments.

Strong knowledge of automating DevOps processes for Salesforce environments.

Expertise in sandbox management, including planning and supporting development / testing phases.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute Salesforce production deployments and cutover activities.

Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder engagement and deliver training effectively.

Familiarity with OCM methodologies and tools is a plus.
