JRI's Berkshire Meadows is currently looking for a Day Habilitation Administrator / Director to oversee the Coleman Center Day Hab. The Day Habilitation Administrator / Director oversees the daily operations of the program along with all business activities. This role involves collaborating with DDS, DMA, and related agencies while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations that govern the program. The Administrator is responsible for implementing the program's policies and procedures, allocating resources, and engaging in program planning. The Administrator is dedicated to delivering services in a respectful manner, empowering individuals to make choices, build positive relationships, and foster a sense of belonging within their communities. Schedule : This is a full-time position and the hours are 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Must be available for an occasional, 7 AM start shift. Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field, or a related field and at least two years administrative and supervisory experience in health care management. Minimum of four years direct service experience with people with developmental disabilities. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Must have a valid driver's license (MA, NY or CT). Background and driving record checks will be performed.
