ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nest parts for lasers, waterjets, and other sheet / plate processing equipment
• Communicate material / inventory discrepancies
• Use ERP for inventory purposes
• Maintain necessary clerical records pertinent to the function
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate and work well with other departments and team members regarding accurate and timely completion of projects
• Identify problems, develop alternative solutions and gather / present information toward implementing alternative actions
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to undertake increased responsibility
• Exhibit ability to prioritize and plan work activities, manage time efficiently and meet objectives to complete projects
• Demonstrate teamwork by working well with others, offering assistance, responding positively to feedback
• Other job duties as assigned per the needs of production
• Encourages company initiatives like safety, LEAN manufacturing practices, and 6S.
• Available to work required overtime as needed
