Job Description

As an Overnight Operations Supervisor you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of the hotel between the hours of 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM.
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of all hotel accounting operations.
• Protect the brand and assets against liability and fraud.
• Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets' cash and credit operations.
• Reset all registers to ensure accurate and timely operations.
• Provide rooms management with performance data.
• Run the night audit final after ensuring all revenue is balanced.
• Attend to guest needs at the front desk during overnight hours.
