A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations and ensure compliance within the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities
Process biweekly payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and timely distribution of wages
Administer payroll functions in UKG UltiPro, including data entry and report requests
Prepare monthly payroll reports and journal entries, ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in business administration, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
Solid foundation in general mathematics and basic accounting principles
Experience using UKG UltiPro payroll system
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
