Position Summary

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent meal service. The Line Cook maintains a clean and organized workstation, adheres to food safety standards, and contributes to a positive kitchen culture.

Technical - Knife skills

Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently up to 50lbs occasionally. Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.
