General Manager of Lending

A company is looking for a General Manager of Lending to lead and grow its lending portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage P&L, oversee credit policy, and ensure regulatory compliance

Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution of lending products

Lead active portfolio management and performance monitoring to enhance credit metrics

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

12+ years of leadership experience in consumer lending, with 5 years managing a significant P&L

Expertise in regulated banking environments and credit policy frameworks

Strong understanding of consumer credit risk management and CECL accounting standards

Experience in building and optimizing credit products while ensuring risk controls

Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
