Job Summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join the Standard Missile 3 team (SM-3 IIA program) as a Material Program Manager located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. We are looking for a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership.

In this role, you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Program Team for Supply Chain. The role will support development and obsolescence efforts, ensuring material strategies align with evolving program requirements and integration to the production flow. This includes identifying future at-risk components, developing mitigation plans, and supporting overall material readiness. You'll contribute to the execution of Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs from the front end of the business through integration to production.

The successful candidate will influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one's own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
