Susquehanna Quantitative Trading Program

Are you interested in exploring career paths in quantitative trading? Join us at Susquehanna to learn more about a day in the life as a quantitative trader. Through panel discussions, meet and greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions, you'll learn about our systematic and semi-systematic trading, and will get a sense of our unique culture. Discovery Program events will also be inclusive of other roles at Susquehanna related to quantitative trading, offering a broader perspective on the teams and opportunities that support our trading efforts.

This opportunity is open to students who are planning to graduate in the winter of 2027 or the spring of 2028. We will be in touch towards the end of 2025 regarding next steps for attendance.

We are looking for students with a background and demonstrated interest in any of the following fields / majors :

• Math / Applied Math
• Computer Science
• Physics
• Statistics
• Finance
• Economics
• Engineering
