Project Engineer Modular Construction

Were looking for a detail-driven and motivated Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of innovative modular construction projects from start to finish. In this role, youll play a key part in coordinating project documentation, managing schedules, and keeping communication flowing between teamsensuring every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets the highest quality standards.

What Youll Do

• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to support day-to-day operations and resolve project challenges.
• Assist with project buyout, contract execution, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain accurate project files and records in Procore, Smartsheet, and OneDrive .
• Prepare and distribute weekly updates, reports, and meeting minutesensuring follow-up on action items.
• Support material procurement and logistics by coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.
• Help track and process owner and subcontractor change orders.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the field and office to ensure smooth project flow.
• Conduct regular site visits to support safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Engineer I team members.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with onboarding, training initiatives, and final closeout documentation, including warranties and as-builts.
