Description

Primary Care Physician - Accepting J1 waivers and H1B candidates - Houston, TX

Shift Schedule : FT, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses
  • Perform routine check-ups, physical examinations, and preventive care
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Perform minor procedures, such as suturing and wound care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and data management

Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Valid medical license in the state of practice
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge in a wide range of medical conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting patient safety
  • Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of Family Medicine

    • Note : Experience or knowledge in gastric lavage, cardiac catheterization, esthetic laser treatment, spinal tap, airway management, data management, radiation therapy, nursing home care, and infection control may be beneficial but not required for this position.
