Clinical Director
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Clinical Director who will be responsible for running day-to-day operations within 1 ABA clinic.
The role will involve managing a caseload, mentoring BCBA's and the hiring of new staff.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team to provide the best care possible to around 20 clients.
- Recruiting new staff members
- Mentoring BCBA's / RBT's
Qualifications
- BCBA Qualified
- BIR Certificate
- 2 years Clinical Director experience
- Experience managing a caseload
- 5 years experience in ABA or in Speech Therapy
