Job Summary

PrideStaff is seeking an innovative and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven leadership skills who can take initiative to improve processes and manage a small team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a small team of 2-3 warehouse associates.
• Take initiative to develop and implement new strategies for warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Manage inventory control, including regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
• Operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
