Seeking Clinical Therapists to support and maintain a new youth mental health program with Ability Connection Colorado.
Qualifications :
- Current State of Colorado license as an LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or LPC.
- Training in youth mental health therapy interventions
- Trained in trauma therapy interventions (EMDR, TF-CBT) or neurofeedback
- Culturally sensitive, informed, and willing to work with a diverse population
Preferred Qualifications :
- Motivated to help support this new and innovative therapy program to support a diverse population of youth, families, and adults
- Familiarity and comfort with various people with disabilities and their family / community
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate program needs with the Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, teachers, and other program staff as needed
- Passion for youth and family’s mental wellness
- Committed to professional development and ongoing learning
- Independent, driven, reliable, engaging, and team oriented
- Flexibility to work during times clients are most available
- Bi-Lingual preferred
