Role Duties
This role is needed to validate that the transaction performed are completed by authorized parties, audit the updates that have already been completed, and submit corrections and help to complete the outstanding items.
To input, update, and verify information in computer databases and systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
Maintaining data confidentiality, correcting errors, organizing files, and generating reports.
Enter, update, and maintain data into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and make necessary corrections
Organize and file both electronic and paper records, manage databases, and ensure data integrity and security
Generate reports, summaries, or data sets as requested by management
Create and manage electronic files, including basic formatting and producing documents
Respond to data inquiries from other departments or clients and assist with special projects requiring data entry

Qualifications :
Some college and / or High school diploma or equivalent
Fast and accurate typing, often touch-typing, is crucial
A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and minimize errors
Good written communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with software like Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry programs
Strong ability to stay focused and organize large amounts of information
Understanding of and adherence to data privacy and security policies
Fast and accurate typing, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities
2-4 years of experience in a professional work environment.
Banking or financial experience preferred
Comfortable with : VLOOKUP / Lookups
Sorting & filtering data
Cleaning & organizing data
Manipulating data into usable / reportable formats.

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
