The Impact You Will Make

As a key member of the BondBloxx Distribution team, you will be responsible for managing all sales, service, and marketing activities on the Internal Sales Desk.

Collaborating with the various teams with BondBloxx, your work will directly influence the front-line, client-facing team for BondBloxx and represent the overall team and our values.

You will be integral to building and managing trusted client relationships. You will help build processes that scale, create a culture of accountability, and motivate your team to deliver excellent client engagements.

Gross flows, assets under management, sales activities, and broader team contribution of the Internal Wholesalers measure the Internal Sales Desk Manager's performance.

Compensation is performance-based, consisting of salary and annual bonus???. We would love to work with you if you are great with people and have a proven track record of generating results.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Recruit, develop, coach, and manage a team of Internal Wholesalers that partner with External Wholesalers in achieving and exceeding territorial sales goals.
  • Help ensure product sales by developing and coaching Internal Wholesalers sales skills, data management, territory management, and strategy execution.
  • Execute sales strategy consistent with the regional sales goals.
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • A high degree of self-motivation and professionalism, with a confident, assertive style and tenacity to deliver results
  • Excellent relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 10 years + of experience as an Internal / Hybrid sales associate in the financial services industry with sales desk leadership responsibilities
  • Series 6 / 7 and 63 Licensed
  • Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Passion for markets, innovation and disrupting the status quo.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment
