Estimator - Construction (San Antonio)

Green Key Resources is proud to be partnered with two nationally recognized General Contractors in the San Antonio market who are looking to grow their Preconstruction teams with the addition of an experienced Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for a variety of commercial construction projects
• Review construction documents including drawings, specifications, and addenda
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and develop pricing using industry-standard tools and historical cost data
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor / vendor bids
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients during the preconstruction phase
• Support value engineering, budgeting, and scheduling efforts
• Participate in project hand-offs and help ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to operations
