Duration : 12 Months
Pay Rate : $42-$46 / Hr on W2 without PTO (Paid time off)

Detailed Job Description :
1 year contract and no opportunity to go perm at this time. 3 Days a week onsite in PHX. Interviews will be in person.
Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience :
- Test script creation and pay rules / entitlements testing 3 years
- Timekeeping system experience (preferably Infor WFM) 3 years
- Agile methodology 3 years
- Business requirements gathering and documentation.
Act as a business analyst for timekeeping system projects. Responsibilities include writing test scripts, executing and documenting test scripts and results.
Report defects. Utilize Rally and Agile methodology including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, daily scrum sessions.
Assist with training and documentation of processes and support end users.
Education / Experience in timekeeping systems is required preferably Infor WFM and / or Aspect.
Experience with Agile methodology including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, daily scrum sessions.
Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor.
Skills needed include verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and to manage priorities and work load.
