Job description

A company is looking for a Post-Award Grants and Contracts Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the post-award grant process, including research, preparation, submission, and follow-up on grants

Maintain records and communicate with funders, ensuring compliance with sponsor and grant guidelines

Coordinate financial documentation and reporting for projects, including budgets and expense forecasts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) with 2-6 years of directly related work experience, or a master's degree (or equivalency) with 2-4 years of experience

Experience in post-award administration of grants and contracts

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience with financial reporting and compliance in a research environment

Knowledge of grant submission processes and funding agency requirements
