DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL & DRIVER

SALARY RANGE : $16.36 - 18.00 / Hour

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Direct Support Professionals work with individuals and / or small groups of Developmentally Disabled (DD) and / or Intellectual Disabilities (DI) individuals.
• Provide instruction, supervision and direct assistance in facilitating services as outlined in individual’s Habilitative / Staff Action Plan.
• Provide training and supervision in various activity of daily living, including : self-help, communications, interpersonal relations, leisure activities, etc.
• Transport program participants to and from their house and activities.
• Ensure that the vehicle is maintained clean and in proper working condition.
