Job Description

GAC North America - Logistics is looking for candidates for the role of Air Operations Coordinator , based in Houston, Texas. Could it be you?

• Coordinate assigned account-specific activities within daily air export operations, including document preparation and traffic coordination to ensure cost-efficient processing of export shipments according to company standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AES filing requirements.
• Source transportation methods and create quotes for customers.
• Manage customer expectations through SOPs, KPIs, and other metrics.
• Process foreign-to-foreign shipments, handle OS&Ds, PO entries, Schedule B # entries, and assist with Material Receipts.
• Maintain shipment data and document integrity for web tracking.
• Prepare commercial documents and bills of lading to support export operations.
• Track shipments from departure to arrival and alert clients accordingly.
• Respond to customer inquiries, orders, invoice questions, and complaints.
• Maintain accounting records, process vendor invoices, and enter purchase orders and Schedule B numbers.
• Adhere to company policies on HSSE and Compliance.
