Job descriptionImplementează și supraveghează programele și activitățile pentru copii și adolescenți cu vârste între 3 și 17 ani, respectând toate cerințele de siguranță și ghidurile companiei. Oferă servicii excelente prin demonstrarea entuziasmului și a unui interes sincer față de părinți și copii. Ajută Managerul de Activități pentru Tineret să planifice și să pregătească orarele de activități pentru toate grupele de vârstă, conform politicilor și procedurilor departamentale. Monitorizează stocurile de materiale și notifică prompt Managerul de Activități pentru Tineret când este nevoie de reaprovizionare. Asistă la gestionarea și documentarea corectă și promptă a programelor pentru tineret, inclusiv fișele de înregistrare, listele de prezență, formularele, dosarele guest in Focus și rapoartele de incidente. Participă activ la ședințele personalului pentru tineret, la orientarea noilor angajați și la programele de instruire și dezvoltare organizate de Managerul de Activități pentru Tineret. Educație formală sau calificare în domeniul educației sau domenii conexe este foarte apreciată. Minimum doi (2) ani experiență anterioară în domeniul tineretului – aceasta poate include educație, recreere, predare sau domenii similare. Cunoașterea limbii engleze, atât vorbit cât și scris.
