Neonatal Nurse Practitioner NICU PRN

Job Summary

Provides quality nursing care to neonates, including well, at-risk and high risk infant.

Works in collaboration with Director Pediatrics, unit manager, charge nurses, staff nursesand Neonatologist in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.

Examines and treats patients independently and in autonomous collaboration with other health careprofessionals.

Ensures proper illness and injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis,treatment, and recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing

Experience

Licenses / Certifications

Currently licensed by State of Alabama, CRNP endorsed.

Certified by NAACOG as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner / Clinician

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Program (NRP)
