Financial Planning And Analysis Role

This individual will work with their direct leadership to drive Thermo Fisher Scientific's financial planning and analysis processes for Corporate Functions. The ideal candidate must have a consistent track record as an experienced high potential talent demonstrating drive, ambition, financial and analytical acuity, and sound judgment.

What you will do!

• Provide financial planning and analysis support around monthly / quarterly reporting and planning / forecasting.
• Assist with developing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and monthly forecasts; conduct variance analyses, and other ad hoc analyses.
• Deliver key month-end close processes and post-close reporting for operating expenses including creation of journal entries and headcount tracking.
• Deliver operational improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit proficiency with ad hoc projects and analyses.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $83,300.00$125,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
