As a Part-Time Keyholder , you'll take on an elevated role within the store team balancing sales floor excellence with leadership responsibilities that keep the business running smoothly. From opening and closing the store to supporting daily operations, you'll help set the tone for both customers and your teammates. If you're outgoing, self-motivated, and ready to lead by example, we'd love to meet you.

Areas of Accountability :

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door.
• Learn and deliver our "TRUE Experience" a customer-first selling approach focused on connection, not pressure.
• Support customers in finding the right fit, offering product knowledge and styling tips.
• Partner with store leadership to open and close the store, following all operational, security, and cash-handling procedures.
• Act as the leader on duty in the absence of store management, ensuring smooth operations and strong team execution.
• Coach and guide teammates on selling behaviors, customer service, and company standards during shifts.
• Oversee promotion strategy management which includes proper register operations.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture where hitting goals is expected and celebrated.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays to maintain an inspiring, organized store.
• Communicate effectively with management by sharing feedback on staff performance, customer insights, and operational needs.
