Job Title : Associate Attorney

Location : Newport Beach, CA (Onsite)

About the Opportunity :

Our Newport Beach office is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 3+ years of solid litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on complex matters while growing professionally in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle a wide range of litigation tasks, including court appearances, drafting, and case management.

Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with active cases.

Work on matters related to probate litigation, with opportunities to expand into other practice areas.

Provide effective representation and strategic counsel to clients.

Ideal Background :

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

Strong courtroom and motion practice experience.

Familiarity with probate matters.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Desirable (but not required) :

Portable book of business.

Labor & Employment counseling experience.

Trial experience.
