Description : ESSENTIAL FUNCTION :
1. Un-box, Decontaminate Service Devices.
2. Create Service and Complaint Records.
3. Post in SAP for incoming.
4. Assist in Costing, Invoicing, & Quotations.
5. Assist in various clerical duties as needed.
6. Assist in the DHR Scanning process.
7. Assist with Shipping Devices.
8. Prepare, Provide Weekly Packaging Material Demands Report.
Requirements :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High School degree or equivalent is required. At least 2-4 year’s administrative experience is required.
