Data Analyst

Our client in Pittsburgh, Pa is looking for an EMR Legacy support. This project is currently in the early stages of implementing Epic across 40 hospitals as part of an enterprise-wide initiative. Our client is actively seeking experienced Legacy support who can ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the EMR Systems during this transitional phase.

This role is not specific to any EMR or application. It is a back office / light IT function that helps to support Referral Management activities.

Referral Management – CPS

Skills Needed :

• Lower level IT position that will be responsible for entering physicians and facilities into an application that feeds downstream applications.
• Proficient with SQL, Access and excel.
• Great phone etiquette skills, will be calling physician and facilities to validate information.
• Will be taught how to unlock user accounts and level 1 help desk ticket resolution for on call support.

Responsibilities :

• Data Coordinator / Data Administrator / Data Quality
• Associate level IT experience. Proficient with SQL, Microsoft 365 tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• This position will be responsible for validating and updating physician and facility information in support of our referral processes.
• This position will need to communicate with physician offices and facilities to complete these tasks.

Start Date : 10 / 1

Duration : 2-3 years

On-call : Yes, will rotate on call every 8 weeks

On-Site : Can work offsite

Other : Will use custom developed applications to enter physician and facility information into downstream application.
