A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
Align organization with company strategy, culture, and values through collaboration with leadership
Develop integrated People plans focusing on business needs and opportunities for growth
Support performance management and employee relations, while promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or organizational development
Experience supporting operational functions, preferably in a call center environment
Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Predictive Index certification preferred
