Responsibilities :
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoice generation and payment collection.
- Oversee billing operations and ensure compliance with established policies.
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to manage financial data efficiently.
- Support the team in resolving discrepancies and inquiries related to accounting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions.
- Provide input on improving accounting procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and billing functions.
- Ability to perform account reconciliations with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
