Internal Brands Manager
Arcane Marketing is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping healthcare organizations grow through digital marketing - SEO, paid ads, social media, and video marketing. Our mission is to deliver measurable results and become the most trusted name in healthcare marketing by solving issues, growing revenue, and building brands.
We're presently looking for an Internal Brands Marketing Manager, a creative powerhouse who can help us grow our own brand presence further. Help us grow and you can grow with us.
You are disciplined, proactive, consistent, and self-motivated, you don't wait to be told what's next, you ask, "What else can I do?" You communicate clearly, present yourself professionally, and maintain impeccable hygiene because you'll often be the face of Arcane Marketing to clients and prospects. You're eager to keep learning, willing to earn and maintain industry certifications like Google Analytics and Google Ads, knowing that the more you know, the more valuable you become. This role is focused on telling the Arcane Marketing story through video, social media, and content creation. You'll work directly with the President to plan, produce, and publish content that captures who we are and what we do, even from behind the scenes.
This isn't about creating polished corporate videos. We're after authenticity so this is real, creative, relatable content that connects with business owners, marketers, and healthcare leaders. You'll bring ideas to life through our website and on social platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and occasionally other platforms.
If you're someone who knows how to grab attention, spark curiosity, and make content people actually want to watch or read, you'll fit right in.
- Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that align with Arcane's goals and brand voice
- Plan and execute video shoots using simple, authentic setups
- Edit video content for various social platforms (long-form and short-form)
- Manage posting schedules, captions, and community engagement across platforms
- Write content and optimize it to grab attention
- Track performance metrics and identify what content performs best
- Collaborate directly with leadership to create consistent, high-quality messaging
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and video storytelling
Minimum Qualifications :
Creative, driven, and resourceful mindsetStrong understanding of social media platforms, basic SEO, and content trendsVideo editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to self-manage, take direction, and follow through on deadlinesComfortable with collaborationA strong sense of initiative; someone who doesn't wait to be told what to createWhat Success Looks Like :
