Overview
The Strategic Account Director is responsible for Paze's strategic partnerships with card networks and payments ecosystem service providers. This role drives partner strategy and manages senior relationships to ensure Paze's top partnerships grow and thrive over time. The Strategic Account Director will play a critical role in the early success and growth of Paze by deepening existing partnerships, launching new strategic partnerships, iterating on go-to-market approach and helping to build out the strategic accounts team.

Physical Requirements
Working conditions are a normal office environment. The role is primarily sedentary and requires extensive computer use. May require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently. Visual acuity and dexterity to use documents and office equipment. Ability to travel and communicate with internal and external customers.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay scale for this position in New York, NY / San Francisco, CA is USD 180,000 - 225,000 per year. Eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits. This pay scale is subject to change and does not guarantee actual compensation. Early Warning considers a variety of factors when determining a competitive salary offer, including job scope, market rates, geographic location, candidate education and experience, and internal equity.
