BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Compensation : $50,000 - $65,000
- PTO : 15 day of PTO + 8 Paid Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HELP DESK ANALYST
- Management of systems / network - ability to troubleshoot error codes, malfunctioning workstations, etc.
- Add / delete users to Office 365
- Grant user permissions to specific applications
- Troubleshoot and triage systems - software upgrades / updates
- Traditional desktop / help desk support - answering trouble tickets
- Assist with data migrations
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THE HELP DESK ANALYST
- Associates Degree - IT, Computer Systems or related field
- Experience in Help Desk / Desktop Support roles
- Point of Sale implementation / set-up / support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT related certifications are a plus!
