Senior Electrical Engineer / Product Lead - Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Integration

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in semiconductor design, advanced packaging, and ASIC development . If you enjoy solving complex challenges in mixed-signal design, chiplet integration, and high-performance electronics , this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design of advanced semiconductor electronics and ASICs , ensuring top performance.
• Optimize mixed-signal circuits and drive innovation in chiplet integration (high-speed I / O, interconnects).
• Master semiconductor processing (FEOL / BEOL) and advanced packaging (HBM, LPDDR) for next-generation devices.
• Ensure signal and power integrity while automating layout generation for efficiency.
• Design high-reliability PCBs and run thermal simulations for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions and mentor junior engineers.
