Our Workers' Compensation Practice Group provides legal consultation and risk management services to a wide variety of industries. We represent insurance companies and self-insured corporations before workers compensation judges, the Workers Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Client support is also provided related to the Federal Coal Mine Health & Safety Act and the Black Lung Benefits Act.

Our attorneys are committed to helping our client partners achieve expeditious and favorable resolutions of workers compensation claims. On this well-established team, you will work a file start to finish and represent clients including :
- Attend hearings, depositions, and appeals
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Advise clients on their rights and obligations
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff
- Work independently and as part of a team
