A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a senior-level Associate Attorney to join its nationally-recognized Chancery Litigation Practice Group in Wilmington . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of high-profile governance disputes in Delaware’s influential courts.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in Delaware , in good standing.
• 6+ years of substantive litigation experience , with a focus on Delaware Chancery Court matters .
• Chancery Experience : Demonstrated experience handling shareholder disputes , breach of fiduciary duty claims , and corporate governance issues .
• Broader Litigation Skillset : Additional experience with commercial or securities litigation is advantageous .
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation and collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute meaningfully in high-stakes, fast-paced litigation environments.
• Soft Skills : Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; attention to detail; and teamwork are essential.
