Job descriptionHands-on support and service experience in health-care or medical device industry in support of end users Excellent Trouble Shooting and telephone skills Knowledgeable in computer and network administration Technical competence in using and trouble-shooting medical devices Familiarity with medical imaging, DICOM and PACS Excellent communications and writing skills Willing to Travel Radiologic Tech or Experience with Imaging and Technique (Mobile X-ray and C-arm) 1-3 years of medical experience Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university Completion of Radiologic Technician Program or Medical Imaging Program
Radlink is seeking a technically prolific, hard-working Technical Sales Support Specialist to support our East Coast Sales leadership. This role will be centered around providing in-person, on-site product support through live surgical demonstrations, training, installations, and field support.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide support to hospitals working with Surgeons in the operating room
- Provide field support for products and services for the company's End Users
- Perform product trials, in coordination with hospitals
- Perform installation of equipment and training for End Users and Distributors
