This is a U.S.-based remote position. San Francisco Bay Area employees are encouraged to come into the office one day a week.

Base pay range : $120,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

This is a role that blends hands-on creative execution with leadership, aimed at elevating AllTrails brand design and campaigns at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a Creative Leader on the Brand Design team, setting an example and generating original, highly crafted creative grounded in thoughtful insights.
• Concept and execute global integrated campaigns across channels and surfaces including digital, social, lifecycle, OOH, film, experiential, and in-product.
• Lead the creation of new evergreen brand assets, including stylistic elements, illustration, photography, video, motion, and audio.
• Partner with Design Leadership to evolve the AllTrails visual brand and scale its presentation.
• Collaborate with Creative Leadership, marketing leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to build campaigns that strengthen love for the AllTrails brand and product.
• Make design decisions confidently and quickly, grounded in project goals, audience insight, and business context.
• Lead design exercises and workshops and drive internal alignment on principles and ideas that elevate brand design.
• Research business problems to develop core creative ideas that translate into successful executions.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative environment that nurtures a culture of creativity and meticulous execution.
