We Feed Raw is revolutionizing the way pet owners nourish their pups. Recognizing that dogs are healthiest and happiest when fed their natural, ancestral diet, we offer perfectly balanced, raw protein-rich meals and treats, delivered to dog owners nationwide. Unlike ultra-processed kibble, our meals are made with over 85% meat, sourced from ethically raised animals, with no fillers or artificial ingredients. The result : better digestion, better bone and joint health, reduced likelihood of disease, and ultimately more happy days for dogs and their owners.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our lean and mighty marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition through creators, ambassadors and other brand partnerships. You will fully own influencer and partnership marketing— including both setting strategy for a multi-channel approach and executing across all digital platforms (particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).

You will love this role if you are a self-starter who likes to set your own agenda and bring new ideas to the table. You have exceptional organization and writing skills with hyper attention to detail. You consume a lot of social media yourself, and thus instantly know good brand storytelling when you see it and are on top of the latest trends. You get energy from both blue-sky thinking and tactical execution (including jumping into data to celebrate the results of your hard work!).

This is our first fully-dedicated influencer role and we expect it to play a critical role in our next chapter of growth. As a result, you will have significant exposure to leadership and work collaboratively across our ~10 person marketing, brand, creative team, and cross-functionally with customer care and product.  You will be at the core of introducing pet owners to the transformational power of raw feeding and will have an impact every day.

This role will report to the Head of Growth and be based in New York. Expect to work in-person 1-2 days a week and remotely the remaining time.

Responsibilities :

  • Build an influencer and partnerships marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, build community, and ultimately convert new customers in line with growth and CAC goals
  • Oversee execution of all influencer and partnerships marketing initiatives, including :

Identifying creators

  • Gifting product organically
  • Negotiating and contracting paid relationships
  • Briefing creators and partners
  • Monitoring creator / partner delivery against commitments
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Analyzing and reporting on partner and overall program performance
  • Surfacing learnings and adjustments to strategy
  • Design and execute influencer events and activations
  • Work in lock-step with head of growth to ensure your efforts align with broader paid marketing strategy
  • Manage against a monthly budget for gifting and paid relationships, and manage agency relationships if needed
  • Stay on the pulse of key trends across social platforms and surface timely ideas
  • Be an enthusiastic member of the marketing team – bringing ideas to brainstorms, helping ideate campaigns, volunteering for tasks that may be beyond your obvious scope, and doing your part to stay organized on the team.
  • Qualifications :

  • 4-6+ years in influencer, partnership and / or brand marketing for D2C / eCommerce businesses; strong preference for knowledge of pet space
  • Proven experience creating an influencer marketing strategy that delivered material new customer acquisition for a company, particularly via Instragram, TikTok and / or YouTube
  • Natural relationship builder with track record of building many collaborative and productive partnerships for a brand
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (latest features, trends, best practices), brand marketing strategies, and community building tactics
  • A go-to brainstorming partner, who is used to bringing new ideas / concepts / storylines to a team
  • Strong communication skills — clear, articulate, persuasive
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented; comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Monday, Wrike)
  • Fluent in marketing data and KPIs; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and running own analysis if / when needed
  • Naturally curious and driven; motivated by learning, improving, and seeing results
  • Thrives in a start-up environment—including being flexible to changing circumstances, a self-starter who can operate with limited direction, and a creative problem solver who figures out low-tech, low-budget solutions when needed to get the job done
