A company is looking for a Retail Auto Parts Specialist (Remote - Georgia).

Key Responsibilities

Review dealer submissions of job cards and ensure compliance with criteria

Validate job cards based on repair type and calculate average parts markup and labor rates

Provide timely and accurate solutions while maintaining a positive attitude

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

One or more years of professional experience in automotive, business, or accounting

One or more years of customer service experience

Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time

Georgia resident with high-speed internet access via Ethernet or landline
