We are currently seeking a .NET Technical Lead (Remote) to join our team in remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Web-based design, develop and deployment.
• According to the system requirement specification, compile system design documentation after system design.
• Resolve the technical problems during development.
• Participate in discussions with team members about technical best practices and help teams identifying optimal technical solutions.
• Drive or contribute to development standards as necessary.
• Assists the team members to resolve the development issues
• Adherence to the quality standards followed in the team

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ Years of experience in .net development
• 5+ Years of experience in leading a technical team.
• Should write efficient (such as re-usable, optimal, etc) and well documented code
• Candidate should be able to work in global development environment and take up leadership in providing the IT solution.
• Must have development experience on .NET framework, SQL Server, Web Services, Agile Scrum
• Nice to have knowledge on Java / JEE application development

Additional Role Responsibilities

• Lead development team, Track the work allocated, review the code, Guide team.
• Design, code, test and document interfaces of moderate to high complexity as per the requirements specifications
• Translate high-level specifications for software components into program specifications
• Independently develop one or more modules from specifications
