We're seeking a proactive and detail-obsessed Accounting Manager to take ownership of core accounting functions and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day financial operations. This role will work closely with our Financial Controller and key department leads to support our rapid growth, all while maintaining a strong foundation of financial accuracy and accountability.

How You'll Spend Your Time :

• Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and core accounting operations.
• Manage month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting packages.
• Manage the preparation of weekly / monthly financial statements, budget variance analysis, and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues (Senior Management, Production, HR, Operations, etc.) to support budgeting, spending compliance, and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, invoice approvals, and expense reports for policy adherence.
• Manage payroll reconciliations and coordinate with HR on resolving discrepancies.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and systems to scale with the studio's growth.
