Public Relations & Communications Assistant – Entry Level

We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our fast-growing promotional marketing firm.

Our team creates customer-focused, results-driven marketing campaigns that increase brand exposure, boost sales, and build meaningful connections between our clients and their audiences.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist the Public Relations and Communications Manager with marketing and PR projects Help integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions and in-store events Coordinate field campaigns and ensure smooth day-to-day event operations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and retail partners Support the development of marketing materials and visual displays for promotions Track and report campaign performance including attendance, engagement, and sales results Identify new opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture focused on collaboration and growth Who We’re Looking For : Motivated self-starters eager to grow in PR, marketing, or communications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude Quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Problem-solvers with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Requirements : College degree preferred or currently in progress 0–2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or sales (internship experience counts!)
