Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions. Position will include : real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay current with developments in real estate law and industry trends.
