Job description

Company Overview :

  • East View Map Link is a leading distributor of high-quality maps, atlases, and related materials.  Join our close-knit team and contribute to our mission of bringing maps to the masses.

Position Summary :

  • This role is responsible for the picking, packing, and shipping of maps and related materials, as well as maintaining the accuracy and organization of our inventory.
  • This is a hands-on entry-level position requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork and punctuality.  This position is located in Maple Plain, MN (20 minutes west of Minneapolis).

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Order Fulfillment : Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.

    • Inbound Shipments :

  • Receive and store incoming inventory.

    • Inventory Management :

  • Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.

    • Equipment Operation :

  • Safely operate a pallet stacker and hand trucks to facilitate the movement of palletized inventory throughout the facility.

    • Facility Maintenance :

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

    • Physical Stamina :

  • Ability to be on feet throughout the workday.

    • Punctuality :

  • Reliable transportation and a consistent ability to arrive on time for work.

    • Experience :

  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
