ISN is seeking a qualified Personnel Security Deputy Program Manager to help oversee a program that provides support services for a full range of strategic and tactical day to-day security and investigative support services that are required to support on-going and future government operations and management initiatives.

The Deputy Program Manager leads multiple or large tasks / projects in delivering a solution to the customer in accordance with the contract requirements; manages the project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables; implements strategies for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management; manages project resources, including subcontractors; establishes an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer. Formulates and enforces work standards; assigns schedules; reviews work discrepancies; supervises personnel; assists in all project management task performances; prepares, reviews, and submits required reports; communicates organizational policies, purpose, and goals subordinates.
