- Pay starting at $18.00 / hour
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with benefit access including medical plans, dental, and vision
- On-site position in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Monday Friday 12 pm-9 pm schedule
Your new role as the call center representative :
- Make and receive high-volume phone calls with agents and applicants
- Ensure new business files are in good order
- Update statuses in all systems and call logs
- Schedule and organize meetings and interviews
- Mail letters and monitor email inboxes
Your experience to be the call center representative :
- High School or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment
