SMC Inc operates 12 highly successful gas / convenience stores in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for a qualified Field Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a Field Supervisor for our 6 locations in Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County Pa.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

Must have a reliable vehicle

2 years multi-unit management experience

2 years food service experience

Serve Safe Certification

Experience in vendor relations and merchandising

What You’ll Do

Visit your stores regularly and work with your Store Managers to set priorities and expectations

Take responsibility for stores results and improvement through a combination of data and process analysis and active coaching in stores

Direct responsibility for performance in 6 stores with a team size ranging from 5-10 Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers

Create an environment where colleagues can produce their best work

Coordinate and implement new projects that drive the business forward

Salary : $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
